Motion Blur
Blurs in a particular angle (from 0 to +360) and at a specific length (from 1 to 999).
The effect of this filter is analogous to taking a picture of a moving object with a fixed exposure time.
To use Motion Blur filter:
Choose Filters > Blur > Motion Blur. |
